Alfonso Celis will graduate to the Formula Renault 3.5 series with the AVF team in 2015.
Celis competed in GP3 last year, but also had outings in the Formula Three European Championship and in FR3.5 with Tech 1, with which he took part in two races.
The Mexican completes AVF's line-up for 2015, and he will partner Beitske Visser at the Spanish squad.
He will combine his FR3.5 campaign with a GP3 race drive with ART.
"I couldn't hope for a better start of the season," said Celis.
"Entering the highly-competitive Renault 3.5 championship with AVF by Adrian Valles is the best possible solution I could ever find."
Celis made his series debut at the Nurburgring last year, finishing 16th and 12th in the races.
The 19-year-old had previously worked with AVF when he tested a Formula Renault 2.0 car at the start of his career.
