Ralf Schumacher was frustrated at not being quick enough in the San Marino Grand Prix and said that Williams were simply not fast enough to keep up with Ferrari. Ferrari retook the top of the Constructors' standings after a 1-2 finish at Imola and are favourites to win in the Spanish Grand Prix next weekend.

Ralf thinks there is little that can be done to improve before Barcelona: "We really don't have the time to make any major improvements because the next race is coming up in Barcelona," he said, adding that it was frustrating to finish behind Michael in Imola. "The car was super, the Michelin tyres were excellent, the strategy was fine and I still came in 20 seconds behind my brother; that is more than frustrating. After crossing the finish line I pressed the button on the team radio and was frustrated as I told the team: 'Thanks for the great job all weekend, the car was great but we were too slow for Ferrari.'"

Williams is three points behind Ferrari in the Constructors' championship and although the Grove team seem reliable this year, Ferrari are in a class of their own. Michael Schumacher has won three of the four races so far this year and there seems little anyone can do to beat him.
