WilliamsF1 today confirmed that the global news organisation, Reuters, has once again extended its existing association with the team into the long term.

Reuters' partnership with the WilliamsF1 Team commenced in 2000. This announcement marks the contract's second renewal in the last five years and endorses the partnership's shared brand values of speed, technical innovation and precision timing. When the team's new livery is rolled out on January 27, the Reuters' identity will be displayed on the car's engine covers and the team's clothing.

Of the announcement, Sholto Douglas-Home, Global Head Corporate Marketing, commented, "We have enjoyed the fruits of a strong relationship with the WilliamsF1 Team over the last six years, and believe that longevity is important to maximise our return from Formula One."

"We plan to feature the WilliamsF1 association extensively in our marketing and hospitality activities, and have great faith in the team's determination to appear regularly on the podium."

WilliamsF1's Team Principal, Frank Williams, said, "For the team to extend its relationship with such a prestigious market leader in an increasingly competitive market is a true statement of their commitment to Williams and Formula One and we look forward to our continued alliance."
