Vettel: Ferrari stronger than "scrappy day" suggests
Sebastian Vettel says Ferrari is quicker than it looked in Thursday practice in Monaco, the German labelling his day as "scrappy".

Vettel finished only ninth quickest in second practice, having also made contact with the wall twice during the session.
His teammate Kimi Raikkonen did not fare much better, winding up seventh, nearly 1.5 seconds off the pace.
But Vettel remains confident that Ferrari has the pace to fight near the front.
"I certainly tried a lot, not everything worked, and overall it was a bit of a scrappy day," he said. "I think overall it's OK, the pace is in the car, we just struggled to get it out today."
Asked if Ferrari was only the third quickest car around Monaco, Vettel said: "No. I think in the end it's Thursday, so it's difficult to say what people did.
"On the other hand, there's not a lot of secrets to be kept here. As I said, we didn't have a good day, and if you look at the standings, we don't belong there."
Vettel claimed Ferrari's focus for the day was not on setting quick times, although he conceded it had not all gone to plan.
"We will be a lot better on Saturday," he added. "Today it was not the main focus to rank high up [in the times], but the running we had was a bit scrappy. We tried a couple of things but it's fair to say that some of them didn't work.
"There's always pressure each race, the desire to do well, which you could call pressure, but it's the reason why we're here. We're not here to race for eighth or fifth. We're here to win."
