Your weekly dose of top 10 photos from around the world, shot by the award-winning Motorsport.com photographers. This week we look at the best F1 photos from this year.
Welcome to this week's top 10 photos from the world of F1 chosen by our own photo editors. With over 45,000 Formula One images from 2014, it's by no means an exhaustive list, just some highlights.
10. The year started out nicely with this very nice dusk shot of Kimi Raikkonen during pre-season testing in Bahrain.
9. We like our photos with a little bit of humour. Just a nice day to chill out on the balcony at our friend's million dollar condo in the heart of Monaco..."Oh look honey, there's a swinging F1 car, you want to touch it?"
8. This is a well-known image that can be found at the world famous and legendary Spa-Francorchamps. Nine out of 10 times, this photo will make our list. The best is when the circuit is wet, then the spray from the tires is beyond impressive.
7. Sparks! Singapore.
6. Another scenic from Monaco. Can't get enough of them. Bonus points for working in that reflection too.
5. Gutierrez going for a ride in Bahrain earlier in the season.
4. This trippy angle from the Yas Viceroy Hotel at the Abu Dhabi GP is a stellar find from our friends at XPB Images. A version of this shot is relatively common, but not at this extreme angle.
3. Massa slides upside down at the start of the German GP at Hockenheim.
2. A dark day in F1. Adrian Sutil's body language says it all as he looks over his fellow driver Jules Bianchi after his horrific crash at Suzuka.
1. And finally we come to the crowned World Champion, Lewis Hamilton, who really gave it up to photographers during his celebrations at the season ending round in Abu Dhabi. Lots of good jubilation to choose from but this alternate angle of a major celebration scene is a nice way to finish off the season. On to 2015!
