Jaguar Racing completed their two hour test at the Circuit de Catalunya this morning in preparation for the rest of the Spanish Grand Prix meeting.

Mark Webber and Antonio Pizzonia completed over 40 laps each in what was a very reliable and fruitful session for both cars. "We were working through the tyre options and getting accurate fuel consumption figures, as well as getting a general feel for the balance of the cars," said Webber.

"Because of events in the first four races, reliability is our big focus at the moment," said Jaguar Racing MD David Pitchforth, "and this morning's session represents an encouraging start in that no reliability issues have become apparent."

Pizzonia suffered a brief off-circuit excursion as he made room for another car, but no damage was done and he was quickly able to rejoin. Pizzonia's best lap was the fifth quickest of the session, with Webber less than one tenth of a second behind, in sixth.
