Nick Heidfeld completed another productive day of testing at Mugello today as part of Team Sauber Petronas three days' preparation for the Grand Prix of Europe.

He clocked a best time of 1m.24.884s, covering 95 laps. Felipe Massa will take over the driving duties tomorrow when the program will embrace mechanical and aerodynamic work and tire evaluation.

Giampaolo Dall'ara (Head of Test Team):

"This morning we concentrated on further set-up work, mechanical and aerodynamic, ready for the Nuerburgring. As part of this program, we evaluated several new aerodynamic components this afternoon, running also a tire program for Bridgestone. Once again, it has been an extremely productive day for us, and we look forward to completing our program with Felipe Massa tomorrow."

Nick Heidfeld:

"It has been a really good experience sharing the circuit with Michael Schumacher again today. After the experience we had at Silverstone tests last week it's been good to have a dry test with stable conditions. The Sauber Petronas C21 has been completely reliable over the last two days, which enabled us to do a lot of productive work for future races."
