Rosberg says Hamilton's driving now "irrelevant"

Nico Rosberg says the way teammate Lewis Hamilton drives from now on will be "irrelevant" to him following their scrap after the Chinese Grand Prix.

The German, who accused Mercedes teammate Hamilton of compromising his chances in the race by not driving fast enough, insists the matter is now closed and that he will not be discussing it with the Briton again.

"We start from scratch again," Rosberg wrote on his column for Bild.

"Lewis can drive as he wants - it's up to him. It is completely irrelevant to me."

He added: "Between us, sometimes it's better and sometimes it's less good.

"But I see no reason to talk to him about it again."

Rosberg admitted he was angry after the race because the situation had been discussed prior to the race.

"I admit when I sat next to him in the press conference, I was pissed (off). In the morning we had talked about that exact scenario," he said.
