The Mild Seven Renault F1 Team is pleased to announce the conclusion of a multi-year sponsorship agreement with Italian clothing brand Guru. Guru, founded in 1999, currently sells four million garments a year in the market of youth casualwear.

"We are delighted to begin this relationship with Guru," commented Managing Director Flavio Briatore. "They are a young, fashionable brand, and the company has accomplished a remarkable amount in a short space of time. Renault returned to Formula 1 two years ago, and in spite of our success last year, we are still building for the future. It makes sense for these two young, successful companies to team up."

Guru is one of the leading Italian brands in youth casualwear. It all started in 1999 from an idea by fashion graduate Matteo Cambi. The first design was the now famous T-shirt with a printed daisy on it, a logo which today represents one of the most innovative looks in the competitive market of youth apparel. Guru also represents an unusual success story in the clothing sector: in the space of just a few years, it has reached the remarkable sales milestone of 4 million garments per year.
