Wednesday saw the Renault F1 Team drivers with their heads in the clouds... not literally, but as they met two of the stars from the Melbourne Australian Rules Football team Collingwood. Jarno Trulli (1.73m) and Fernando Alonso (1.70m) spent a few minutes meeting Alan Didak (1.82m) and Anthony Rocca (1.95m) as they waited for the action to begin in Albert Park.

20 year old Didak is one of the big young hopes of the sport, after scoring 24 goals during his first season. "He's got a killer left foot!" admits his trainer. As for Rocca, 26, he is one of the established stars: always on the attack, he has been a national star since 1995. Didak and Rocca gave Jarno their first lesson in Aussie Rules football: "they're pretty good!" was the positive first reaction. However, it won't be quite as easy for the drivers to return the favour: the R23 isn't quite built for people their size...!

"I enjoy watching Aussie Rules football on TV" admits Jarno, "but I'm not so sure about taking part in a match, even between friends! It's a very physical, high-contact sport and I'm not sure how useful my 65 kilos would be after more than a few minutes!" Fernando was just as enthusiastic, but equally wary.
