The FIA has released a revised provisional calendar for 2008 but only minor changes to the existing events are listed. The Italian and Belgian Grands Prix, originally scheduled for the 7th and 14th of September respectively, have now swapped places, so Spa will be the earlier of the two races.

Likewise the Chinese and Japanese GPs have switched; previously they were scheduled for the 12th and 19th of October respectively but now Japan will take the earlier date and China the later. The rest of the races remain as they were previously, beginning with Australia on March 16th and ending with Brazil on November 2nd.

New events on the calendar, the European GP at Valencia on August 24th and the Singapore GP on September 28th, are still subject to circuit approval, while the Canadian GP on June 8th is listed as provisional.
