Jules Bianchi's death has sent the world of motorsport in deep mourning, and the motorsport fraternity has come forward to pay tribute.
In his Formula 1 career, Bianchi had not only driven for Marussia and Ferrari (in a test driver role) but he was also the reserve driver for Sahara Force India in 2012.
The Indian outfit released a statement on its Facebook page from Vijay Mallya, Team Principal and Managing Director.
“The thoughts of everyone at Sahara Force India are with the friends and family of Jules Bianchi at this terrible moment," said Mallya.
"We had the pleasure of working with Jules [Bianchi] during 2012 where he left a strong impression on everyone in the team.
"We came to know an outstanding young man and a tremendous talent who was destined for great things in Formula One.
"The world has lost a true racer and we have all lost a friend."
