Jordan King will return to the wheel of the Manor F1 car when he drives in opening practice for the season finale in Abu Dhabi.
The Briton had made his debut with the team in practice in Austin, and will get his second planned outing at Yas Marina next weekend.
The 22-year-old, a development driver for the team, will replace Force India-bound Esteban Ocon in the MRT05 alongside Pascal Wehrlein.
"We're pleased to welcome Jordan back to the cockpit for his second planned FP1 session," said team chief Dave Ryan.
"We have a busy programme of testing items lined up for him again."
King will also be on GP2 duties that weekend for the series' finale, the Briton currently sitting fifth in the drivers' standings.
