Second fastest yesterday, fastest today. Antonio Pizonia is warming to the task of life as a Jaguar Racing driver after the second day of testing at the Circuit de Catalunya on Wednesday.

"It's a good start, but testing times mean very little really," said Pizzonia. "There is a lot of work to be done but so far I have had no problems. We finished our programme as we did yesterday so it is a good start and more important than times really."

The Brazilian completed 53 laps of the circuit in setting a quickest time of 1m17.966s to finish ahead of Luca Badoer's Ferrari. Olivier Panis finished third fastest for Toyota despite stopping at the end of the pitlane in the afternoon and team-mate Cristiano da Matta continued his F1 learning school in finishing fourth quickest. Anthony Davidson managed the fifth fastest time after spinning off the circuit in the morning.

It was another tough day at the office for Mark Webber, however, the Jaguar Racing driver managing only a handful of laps by the close of play. It's no problem for the popular Aussie as teething problems for any new engine are expected.
