Villeneuve denies switch to Williams
Jacques Villeneuve has issued a statement refuting suggestions that he is to quit British American Racing for WilliamsF1.
"I know there has been a lot of speculation in the press over recent weeks, but I believe that British American Racing, having gone through very difficult times in 1999, now has the management structure to be competitive very quickly.
"I am very much looking forward to being with the team during the [sic] 200 season"
Coulthard tops Friday testing
David Coulthard concluded a successful session for McLaren Mercedes at Jerez. It wasn't without incident, with a mechanical problem during the morning. Ralf Schumacher's running for WilliamsF1 BMW was hampered by more problems with the new BMW unit.
The next test sesions are to be between December 13th and 16th, with Ferrari, McLaren, Minardi, Jaguar, Sauber and BAR expecting to attend.

Jordan sponsors University competition
The Jordan Grand Prix team is supporting a competition for British Universities called Formula Student. The competition is to design, build and race a single seater racing car. Jordan is backing two teams - from Imperial College and Southampton.
