Grosjean handed two-place grid penalty

Romain Grosjean will drop two places on the starting grid of the Malaysian Grand Prix after being hit with a penalty.

The Lotus driver had qualified in eighth position.

After qualifying, the stewards deemed Grosjean had jumped the queue in the pitlane during the second qualifying segment and the Frenchman has been given a two-place grid penalty.

The penalty elevates Williams driver Valtteri Bottas to eighth and Sauber's Marcus Ericsson to ninth.
