First day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro, using the straight at Vairano. Today, driving duties fell to Andrea Bertolini, the sports test driver for the Ferrari Maserati Group. His programme centred on aerodynamic testing at the wheel of an F2004.

Bertolini covered a total of 314 kilometres. Testing continues tomorrow, with the same driver on track.

Third day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro at the Fiorano circuit. Once again Rubens Barrichello was on track today, working on a tyre development programme and testing of new components at the wheel of an F2004.

A total of 118 laps was completed, 21 of them on the short version of the track. The best time on the day was a 56.838. Testing continues at this circuit tomorrow, with Michael Schumacher on track.
