Second day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro at the Circuit de Catalunya, near Barcelona. Luca Badoer and Rubens Barrichello were both driving today.

The programme centred on tyre and electronics testing, as well as a long distance run. Badoer completed a total of 81 laps, the quickest in 1:18.171, while Barrichello did 20 (best time 1:18.684.)

Sauber was also present: Heinz-Harald Frentzen completed 53 laps (best time 1:20.368) and Nick Heidfeld 50 (1:20.013.)

The Scuderia will continue to test at two circuits tomorrow: Luca Badoer and Rubens Barrichello continue at Barcelona, while Luciano Burti will again be running at Mugello.

First day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro at the Mugello circuit. After three days of testing at Fiorano, Luciano Burti switched to the Tuscan track. Tyre testing was on today's programme, but adverse weather made it virtually impossible to run the test. Burti covered only seven laps, the quickest being a 1:42.776.

Testing at Mugello will continue tomorrow, with Luciano Burti again at the wheel.
