The British Grand Prix stewards have decided no further action was needed for the accident that took place at the start of the race.
Both the Lotus of Pastor Maldonado and Romain Grosjean, as well as Jenson Button's McLaren, retired after the crash at the Village corner.
The Lotus duo made contact after Grosjean was hit by Red Bull's Ricciardo, while Fernando Alonso crashed into Button's car when trying to avoid them.
The incident was investigated after the race, but the stewards cleared all five drivers.
"After hearing from all the drivers involved in the turn 3 incident at the start of the race, it was decided that no driver was wholly or predominately to blame," said the stewards.
Grosjean said Ricciardo had hit him, and Lotus accused the Australian of "over-exuberance."
