Jenson Button may have been keeping quiet in the face of Jacques Villeneuve's winter sniping, but the Englishman vented his annoyance after Villeneuve made a pit stop in the Australian Grand Prix that held Button up for over ten seconds.

The Canadian pitted on the same lap as Button and the younger BAR driver said it ruined his race. Apparently a radio problem was to blame for Villeneuve not coming in the lap before.

"Jacques came in on my lap and completely ruined my race," Button told British tabloid The Sun. "It cost me a hell of a lot of time -- it was like doing two pit stops instead of one. I was very annoyed, I couldn't drive for another lap because I would have run out of fuel. Jacques said sorry, but I'm not impressed."

Villeneuve commented after the race: "I had radio problems and it was difficult to communicate with the pit wall, so Jenson and I ended up stopping at the same time." He finished ninth, Button tenth. The incident is sure not to improve the already rocky relationship between the teammates.
