This afternoon saw Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg qualify in fifth and 14th places respectively for the United States Grand Prix.
Daniel Ricciardo: "The heat? It’s only a problem once you get out of the car because inside the cockpit you get some airflow and it’s all fine.”
Both Williams drivers had a clean lap in Q1, with Pastor finishing fourth quickest, but both struggled with traffic on their final runs in Q2 which cost them time.
Nico Hülkenberg: "We were able to be in the top ten all weekend and I am confident this will continue to be the case tomorrow as well.”
