Guillaume Moreau makes a point-- Of scoring a point

Signature driver Guillaume Moreau scored a well deserved point, contesting his maiden Norisring race. 143.000 enthusiastic spectators chose to attend this week-end's races, setting a new record for a DTM & Formula 3 Euro Series meeting.

Guillaume qualified 9th for race 2, but had to be content with 14th position on race 1. He did a good start on Saturday, made up 3 positions during lap 1, then pushed hard the whole race long, losing and gaining positions to finally complete the top 8 and score one point.

2nd Rookie in Race 1, Guillaume was also 2nd Rookie on Race 2's grid. He produced another blinding start to run 8th in early stages. Struggling with understeering, he lost out to Rossiter, Guerrieri and Abreu to come home frustrated and 11th.

August 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th, will bring Guillaume the opportunity to discover the Nurburgring.
