Mucke Motorsport with Dutch Nigel Melker at the Formula 3 Euro Series - Peter Mucke: "We want to make a difference with Nigel"
Berlin (rol/ot) The Team Mucke Motorsport from Berlin obligated the Dutch Nigel Melker as driver for the coming season in 2011 at the Formula 3 Euro Series. Team principal Peter Mucke announced that on Saturday (05th of February). With the Dutch, who celebrated his 20th birthday on the 25th of January, two of three drivers are set for the racing stable from the German capital city and their Dallara-Mercedes-Racers. Earlier the Swede Felix Rosenqvist (19) has been obligated end of January as Mucke driver.
Nigel Melker, that drives at the GP3 Series since 2010 for RSC Mucke Motorsport will be on track in 2011 as well for the racing stable of Peter Mucke and Ralf Schumacher at the same time and goes for two racing series for the Berlin team. "We are happy about that we are on track with Nigel at the Formula 3 Euro Series now as well", tells Peter Mucke. "We want to make a difference there with him at front. To drive at the GP3 and the Formula 3 Euro Series is an advantage for Nigel and our team, because the racing experience will profit out of every adoption." Nigel Melker that started with Kart racing being nine years old is at the Formula racing since 2008 and wrote motorsport history last year getting the first pole position at all at the GP3 Series in Barcelona (8th of May).
For the third cockpit of the Team Mucke Motorsport at the Formula 3 Euro Series there are several promising candidates like Peter Mucke told. "We will decide the next few weeks who will get that seat", tells the racing stable owner.
