Motopark's ADAC F4 runner-up Joel Eriksson will stay with the German squad for his move to European F3 in 2016.
Eriksson, brother of GP3 race winner Jimmy, finished second to Marvin Dienst in the inaugural German F4 season, picking up seven wins for Motopark.
"European F3 is one of the toughest series out there at the moment, and it will be a major challenge," Eriksson said.
"Having said that, I did learn a lot in winter testing, and I really enjoyed the car. I’m thrilled to be doing this with Motopark and I can’t wait for the season to begin!"
The 17-year-old is the German team's third F3 signing for 2016, joining newly-appointed Red Bull juniors Sergio Sette Camara and Niko Kari.
"We are completely convinced he’s got what it takes," stated Motopark boss Timo Rumpfkeil. "Joel has managed a seamless transition from the Formula 4 car into the F3.
"He impressed us big time in that he was both quick and consistent straight out of the box. I believe we can hit the ground running and fight for the Rookie of the Year award."
Joel's elder brother Jimmy ran with Motopark for three seasons in Formula 3, their cooperation culminating in the German F3 crown in 2012.
