Gosselies, Belgium: The Court of Appeal in Madrid has rejected the appeal of the Marc VDS Racing Team against the decision N°13 of the college of the Stewards of the Meeting in Navarra for " reasonable doubt".

Because the Court of Appeal do give a verdict on the essence of the case the Marc VDS Racing Team is obliged to appeal and ask for a decision at the International Court of Appeal (CIA) in Paris.
