Audi drivers defending champions in Paris
"Race of Champions" in the Stade de France Ekström/Kristensen last year's Nations Cup winners Live coverage on Eurosport Mattias Ekström (Sweden) and Tom Kristensen (Denmark) will be defending champions in the "Race of Champions" in the Stade de France in Paris on Saturday (16 December). The two Audi factory drivers won the "Nations Cup" in the competition of the best race and rally drivers last year and will again form "Team Scandinavia".
National teams with two drivers each from Great Britain, Finland, France, Germany, Scotland, Spain and the US will compete against Audi's two DTM stars. Among the star line-up are World Rally Champion Sébastien Loeb and record DTM Champion Bernd Schneider.
The "Race of Champions" is organised by former Audi factory rally driver Michèle Mouton and staged on a 1.2-kilometre track in the Stade de France. The "Nations Cup" starts on Saturday at 4 p.m., the "Race of Champions", which sees the drivers fight for individual glory with identical cars, is scheduled for 7 p.m.
