It was a dream start of the second week of Dakar as the Toyota Imperial team placed 5th in the stage, but moved up in the overall.
The Imperial Toyota drivers and team had a welcome day off on after 8 stages of the Dakar. There was rest, relaxation, but also preparation for week two of the Dakar.
The 2009 Dakar champions hit back on the 288-kilometre stage, which featured lots of sand, dunes and fesh fesh, in a trouble-free run.
