I'm not getting my email messages
There are several possible reasons for this. These include:
Unconfirmed Email Address
When youe first specify an email address (or when you change your
email address) we send a message to the new address, containing a URL
you need to visit to confirm that the email got delivered. Until you
complete this process we won't send any other messages to that address.
(your email address will also be shown as unconfirmed on the
Update page)
If you never saw any such message, check you specified your email
address correctly - you'd be astonished just how many people make
spelling mistakes, or get the domain wrong, or make other mistakes.
Even if you appear to have got everything right, you could always
try 'changing' your email address to the same value - that will
send another confirmation request message. You can make changes
by following the
Update
link on the main
Pick6 page.
Email Disabled
Your email may have been disabled (possibly by you, or automatically
if we get too many email delivery errors). You can check this,
and re-enable delivery, on the
Update page.
Full Mailbox
Make sure you can receive email from other sources - we get a lot
of email returned because of full mailboxes, restricted sender
lists, or other problems at the email delivery site.
