The public is cordially invited as the weekend's festivities will begin on Friday evening with a Meet and Greet get together at the Old Barn in Old Forge. Hor's d'oevres will be served, an autograph session will take place with the riding partners, riding packets will be distributed, then a pep rally will take place.
Saturday is the main day for the ride, as day-long activities are planned. Coffee and pastries will be a breakfast get together and starting point. After breakfast, the riders will head out for their ride. After the day on the trails, it will be time to relax at dinner, with a live band on hand to provide dancing. A silent auction will go on after the ride as well.
Proceeds from the ride will go to a variety of children charities. The three charities that were chosen for the ride are Victory Junction Gang, Todd Beamer Foundation, and the Children's Miracle Network.
There are two different ticket packages available for the weekend. The Snowmobile Package costs $250, and includes all the activities from Friday through the Saturday night.
