WEST ALLIS, WI (June 25) - Hank Parker Jr., driver of the No. 36 GNC Live Well Dodge Intrepid, will join a number of NASCAR Busch Series (NBS) competitors in raising money for the March of Dimes.
On Friday, June 28, Parker will sign autographs from 5:30-6:30 p.m. CDT at the March of Dimes NASCAR Fan Fair event. NASCAR Fan Fair is a fund-raiser held in affiliation with The Milwaukee Mile that enables fans to meet and obtain photos and autographs from some of their favorite NASCAR drivers.
The annual affair is being held from 5-9 p.m. CDT at the Wisconsin Products Pavilion building on the Wisconsin State Fair Grounds, located just outside turn four of the historic Milwaukee Mile race track.
"GNC Live Well, my sponsor, does a lot of work with the March of Dimes," Parker said. "I'm always happy to lend a hand to a charity that does so much positive work. I hope all the Milwaukee race fans will come out and support a worthy cause. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone, having some fun and raising a lot of money."
Highlights of the evening include a complimentary American-style food buffet and beverages, entertainment, show car displays and a silent auction of one-of-a-kind racing memorabilia. For an additional donation, fans also have the opportunity to participate in a pit-stop tire change competition and have their photo taken in replicas of the racecars.
In addition to Parker, other drivers scheduled to participate include Casey Mears, Greg Biffle, Larry Foyt, Scott Riggs, Kenny Wallace, Ashton Lewis Jr., Jamie McMurray, Ron Hornaday, Scott Wimmer and Ted Musgrave.
