HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL. -- Race fans will be able to purchase tickets for the 'Craftsman For a Cure' charity event beginning Monday, April 17.

Craftsman Motorsports in conjunction with Bobby Hamilton Racing will host the 'Craftsman For a Cure' charity event on Tuesday, May 23 at NASCAR SpeedPark in Concord, N.C. from 5 to 9 p.m. The charity event will support the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and the Victory Junction Gang Camp.

'Craftsman For a Cure' will give race fans the opportunity to live their racing dream -- to meet and race fender-to-fender with some of their favorite NASCAR drivers while also helping out two very important charities.

Fans can buy tickets by calling 866-227-3264 on Monday for one of several unique opportunities to spend time with some of NASCAR's top drivers.

Drivers scheduled to attend include event host Bobby Hamilton, former NASCAR Cup champion and FOX analyst Darrell Waltrip, former champion crew chiefs and FOX analysts Larry McReynolds and Jeff Hammond, NASCAR Nextel Cup standouts Michael Waltrip, Kenny Schrader and Kyle Petty, and numerous NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series drivers including Todd Bodine, Ted Musgrave, Jack Sprague, David Starr, Dennis Setzer, Ron Hornaday and more.

"Battling cancer is a tough road, but together we can fight for a cure," said Hamilton, who is currently undergoing chemotherapy for head and neck cancer. "Craftsman does so many great things for our series and by jumping into this so quickly, it shows race fans their tremendous support for our community as well. I'm very excited about doing this and that so many people are on board. It really means a lot to know that all our peers and fans really care."

During the night, fans will be able to go-kart race against drivers on various tracks, enjoy a private dinner with other drivers or even obtain autographs from other drivers throughout the night. Fans can also bid on various autographed items at a silent auction.
