Trenker looking to finish on top category
Dubai - on 12th of November 2005: Sadafco DHL TT Racing moto rider Tim Trenker looking forward to finish the 2005 UAE Desert Challenge on podium place on marathon category (over 450 CC) on the fifth and leg of the rally.
Trenker was hit by a fuel pump problem and his bike runs out of fuel on the last section of the 244 km fifth special stage, and Sadafco DHL TT Racing rider drop to third place on marathon category with 51 minutes behind the category leader.
" Today was very hard for me, I was hits by fuel pump problems on the second part of the stage, so I stopped many times till bike runs out of fuel by the end of the special stage, But I looking tomorrow to finish the event on a good position" Trenker said.

Bikes goes well with Frenchman Cyril Despres, who leads the way ahead of world championship leader Spaniard Marc Coma, Frenchman David Casteu keeps his third place ahead of 2004 world champion Norwegian Pal Andres Ullevalseter, Spaniard Jordi Duran Codina keeps fifth ahead of David McBride, UAE's Khaled Khamis drops to thirteenth after battery problem hits his bike.
On Cars Frenchman Stephane Peterhansel on the way to complete his first victory this year with the new Mitsu Evo MPR 11+, he still dominates ahead of X-raid BMW X5 RR, with local hero Yehia Belhili third ahead of Russian Kamaz truck drove by Vladimir Chaguine and Netherlands Joost Van Cauwenberge moves up to fifth.
