Matt Neal ended his day at the fastest circuit in the UK with two victories. Defending BTCC Gordon Shedden was also a winner to give Honda the sweep at Thruxton.
Despite the freezing cold weather in Hampshire, United Kingdom, the drivers for the two Honda teams were able to complete their two-day testing program.
Plato needed a victory as did Shedden at Silverstone: Plato 2, Shedden 1. Points leader Jordan has to wait for the final meeting to secure his first BTCC title.

Following the morning’s media day activities the track was opened up to the public for the first official test of the BTCC teams this year.
BTCC heads to Rockingham in Great Britain as they continue their battle for the valuable points.
