TOCA has been re-appointed as the organiser and promoter of the British Touring Car Championship, the series announced on Thursday.
TOCA was facing competition from Jonathan Palmer's MSV, but Britain's Motor Sports Association (MSA) has awarded a new five-year contract to TOCA after a tender process initiated in January.
The new deal will kick off in January of 2017, with the possibility to extend it for a further five years at the end of it.
"Naturally we are delighted with the decision and look forward to building on the BTCC's continued success into the next decade and beyond," said BTCC boss Alan Gow.
"TOCA is solely committed to maintaining and improving the BTCC's position as the best in British motor racing and one on the highest regarded championships in world motorsport.
"Since 2005 we have again built the championship back to its premier status and we are happy that our proven, professional and passionate organisation has been recognised by being awarded this new contract."
