After the trials of Silverstone two weekends ago, the team is fizzing with enthusiasm as the BTCC circus rolls on to the Rockingham oval. Both drivers reported improved traction at Silverstone and the team has been working on the rear suspension to cure some hop.

David Leslie: "Rockingham could be a good weekend for Team PSP. The car is definitely making good progress and we have the advantage of having already tested here during the runup to the season. We just have to keep out of harm's way and get to the finish."

Phil Bennett: "I'm really up for this - my luck has to change! I know Rockingham very well as I instruct there, and I really feel fired up by the improvements in the car. We have to keep at it and the rewards will come."

Mike Carroll (race director): "I think we're getting a handle on how to dial in the new suspension. Despite the on-track incidents and the resulting DNF's, the potential is beginning to show."

David Wong (team principal): "Rockingham could be the biggest crowd of the year and the most unpredictable results - it's the first time there for most BTCC outfits. I think we'll see a really exciting weekend of motorsport - with Team PSP in the thick of the action."
