Paul Belmondo Racing has expanded its FIA Grand Touring effort to three cars throughout the coming season. Vincent Vosse and Boris Derichebourg will share the lead car. Belmondo and Didier Defourney will drive the second Viper, and the third will be shared by team principal Claude-Yves Gosselin and Anthony Kumpen. They will race on Dunlop tyres. Vanina Ickx will join the Belmondo Viper team for the Spa 24-Hours along with David Saelens and Tiago Monteiro.

The Hezemans Chrysler Viper team has gone all-Dutch with Jeroen Bleekemolen joining Mike Hezemans in the lead car, father Michael Bleekemolen and son Sebastian sharing the second. Team principal Toine Hezemans says that there are more than 80 improvements on the Viper including the development of the team's own sequential gearbox, front aerodynamics, better weight distribution and in-house engine development. "There is not much left of the old car" says Hezemans.
