Kenny Bartram sweeps the XBOX Pro of Freestyle Motocross second round of the VANS Triple Crown of Freestyle Motocross.

TACOMA, Wash. (August 10, 2002)-- The XBOX Pro of Freestyle Motocross presented by VANS and Mountain Dew, the second stop of the VANS Triple Crown came to a close and Kenny Bartram again swept the weekend, making it four wins out of four competitions in the VANS Triple Crown. Tommy Clowers, Dustin Miller, Drake McElroy and Jake Windham were all on hand to try and stop Bartram from pulling off the sweep.

Friday night Kenny Bartram once again put together a strong run, holding off Drake McElroy and Jake Windham. 2000 VANS Triple Crown Champion Tommy Clowers failed to make the main event as IFMA veterans Ronnie Renner, Beau Bamburg, Robert and John Distler and Dustin Miller closed out the top eight. Consistency and huge combos separated Bartram from the rest of the field proving that he is still one of the hottest freestyle motocross riders in the business.

Saturday night, Dustin Miller came out strong with a flawless run challenging Kenny Bartram's unbeaten streak. Drake McElroy was poised in the XBOX Hot Seat watching Kenny Bartram put together yet another incredible run. After scoring a 93.5 Kenny overtook Drake McElroy's score of 92.5. Dustin Miller was the only rider left that could stop Bartram. After throwing variations of the rock-solid, no-handed-landers and other combos Miller put together a strong contenting run. After the smoke cleared, and the scores came in, Bartram remained in the XBOX Hot Seat beating Miller's score of 93.3.

"I thought Dustin had this one after that run. He rode flawless, I'm shocked, but I am happy to get the win," said Kenny Bartram after Saturday's event.
