Coimbatore Super Sport: Deepak pips Jagan in last-lap thriller
Racr's Deepak Ravi Kumar held his nerve to snatch win from TVS' Jagan Kumar on the final lap in the season opener of the Indian Super Sport championship.

The Chennai racer riding on his Yamaha bike was third behind the leader Jagan and second-placed Harry Sylvester starting the final lap.
Deepak made a move on Jagan and Sylvester on the back hairpin to go from third to first and held the lead to take a maiden win, finishing 0.465s ahead of Jagan.
Sylvester in his TVS finished third as the top three fought for the lead in the 10-lap race, covered by a mere 0.716s.
Honda's Sarath Kumar was a distant fourth in the lead category while Yanseen Ahamed was fifth ahead of Kanan Subramaniam.
Sudhakar M and Madana Kumar retired, the latter in his Honda was leading the race in the opening laps but unfortunately crashed out.
In the Pro Stock category, Hari Krishnan took the race win starting from pole ahead of Sethu Rajiv to make it a Honda 1-2 .
Dinesh Kumar completed the podium ahead of Vivek Pillai and Racr's Prabhu.
