Sevenoaks, Kent-10 July 2006: Rounds nine and 10 of the British Formula 3 International Series are fast approaching and Raikkonen Robertson Racing driver Mike Conway says the team have been working hard to ready themselves for Snetterton this weekend.

The Sevenoaks driver will be looking to extend his run of podium finishes which bolstered him into the championship lead over the past two race weekends.

"We're back on home turf following two overseas outings in Pau and Mondello Park and Snetterton's a circuit we've done a lot of good testing on so we know it well," he said.

"At the same time we're not taking anything for granted because other teams are hungry to challenge us again for wins, so we've been doing a lot in preparation these rounds and the team have worked hard with developing the car."

Conway says the Norfolk circuit presents entirely different challenges to the F3 drivers after finessing the confined turns of Pau and Mondello: "Snetterton has two long main straights with slow to medium speed corners at the beginning of them so exit speeds and straight line speeds are critical here. I've taken three wins at Snet in Formula Renault so we hope to have the speed to be at the front again this weekend."

Saturday's round nine qualifying is at 10:45, followed by the round 10 session at 15:05, with the two races at 12:00 and 16:40 on Sunday 16 July. Conway will be taking part in the Sport Relief charity mile, which covers the latter mile of the 1.95 mile circuit, at 6pm after qualifying on Saturday.
