Jordan King took the British F3 International Class victory; however Invitational racer John Bryant-Meisner was first across the line. The National Class was once again a walk over for Edward Jones.
Edward Jones grabbed the National class win in the second of the 3 races at Silverstone. One race remains in the opening event of 2013.
Not only did Bryant-Meisner take the overall win but the pole-sitter was also the victor in the Invitation Class. The National Class victory went to Edward Jones. When all was said and done, William Buller the right of being the points leader.
Current British F3 teams have replied positively and all are planning to enter cars. The National Class, now also open to cars from other series in Europe has been well received.
The extended FIA European F3 Championship has absorbed the commercial resources for teams heading in to 2013. This leaves the Cooper Tires British F3 International Series facing a difficult and uncertain future.
The 9 meeting, 26 race schedule will include events at Silverstone, Spa and Nürburgring along with the Grand Prix de Pau.
