LAKEVILLE, Conn. (July 17) - With the running of Barber Dodge's Molson Indy Toronto race July 13, the first of the three-race Dodge Trans-Canada Challenge - the championship within a championship - Memo Rojas, Jr., is on top. Race two is July 27 at Molson Indy Vancouver, while the Barber Dodge season finale, Molson Indy Montreal, will decide not only the Challenge winner, but very likely the 2003 BDPS champion as well.

The driver who has scored the most points in the three Molson races that comprise the Dodge Trans-Canada Challenge earns the equivalent of the entry fee for two Molson Indy Barber Dodge races (approximately $24,000). Second place earns one Molson Indy Barber Dodge race, and third place, 50 percent of one Molson event.
