Cleveland, OH -- Round six of the Barber Dodge Pro Series took flight at the Burke Lakefront airport circuit in on Saturday Jume 30. Davy Cook, in the No. 16 CODI sponsored entry, started 14 in a field of 19. On the first lap, Cook had three cars spin in front of him in Turn One. Cook was lucky to avoid getting caught up in the incident, but fell to 18th position.

"On that same lap, I avoided another spin right in front of me by Alex Sperafico," commented Cook, "and then I managed to pick off Sara Senske right before the caution."

"On the first two laps after the re-start I was able to pick off four more drivers and then had a battle with fellow rookie of the year contender, Akihira Okamoto, for most of the race to which I came out on top. All in all the weekend went well as it was a learning experience racing on my first airport circuit."

Next round is on the streets of Toronto, July 14th.

Lime Rock, Round 4, will be televised this Tuesday, the 3rd, @ 6:00 on ESPN 2.
