Winston-Salem, N.C. --- Lennox Industries Inc., premium manufacturer of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems, is pleased to announce their sponsorship of #23 TWR Motorsports and driver Toby Robertson on the USAR Pro Cup circuit. Lennox will sponsor the remaining FOUR races of the 2001 season.

The USAR (United Speed Alliance Racing) Pro Cup circuit is growing by leaps and bounds and is one of the springboards to the NASCAR Winston Cup Series. During the 2001 season, Robertson and TWR Motorsports have finished in the top 15 five times and are currently in 13th place in the points standings. The growth of USAR and the experience of TWR Motorsports convinced Lennox that the sponsorship is a perfect fit for their marketing strategy.

“ We’re absolutely overwhelmed that Lennox has agreed to sponsor us for the remainder of the season,” says Robertson.“ It’s an amazing opportunity for Lennox to reach their demographic, and for our team to have the solid backing of a major sponsor. The Lennox / TWR team is dedicated to achieving their goals in the remaining four races.”

Robertson has been a race car since he was five years old. His father was legendary T. Wayne Robertson, one of the founders of the Winston Cup Series, and most weekends found Toby either on the track or at the track with his dad. The 26 year old has competed on a variety of circuits from NASCAR to USAR, including two championships in the NASCAR Weekly Racing Series. His experience, determination and sheer love of the sport make him a fierce competitor on the track.

Lennox Industries Inc. is recognized as the leader in high-efficiency comfort conditioning and is the oldest of the Lennox International companies. Lennox traces its roots back to 1895 when Dave Lennox designed the first riveted steel furnace in Marshalltown, Iowa. Lennox moved its corporate headquarters to Dallas in 1978 and today manufactures at three North American sites with distribution and sales offices throughout the United States and Canada. Lennox markets its products via one-step distribution, directly to its network of 6,000 independent dealers.
