ROAD COURSE EXPANDED TO FOUR MILES IN LENGTH
New Design Makes Course One of the Longest in North America

Kaufman County, TX; December 19, 2006 With a desire to provide drivers with one of the most challenging road courses in the country, Racers Ranch announced today plans have been finished to make the course four miles in length resulting in one of the longest sports car facilities in North America.

The Alan Wilson design course will also feature a straight away of over 2,500 feet which partners Bill Georgas and Dan Gage know will excite motorsports enthusiasts.

"Our goal has always been to make the road course a fun, safe and challenging world- class facility," said Georgas. "Now with the final design at four miles, plus with the amenities associated with Racers Ranch, there is no doubt we are establishing one of the premier facilities in the country."

With construction of the road course and other amenities scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2007, Gage stated it can't begin too soon now that the plans are finalized on the course.

"We simply cannot wait to get started on the construction," he explained. "We have had an initial cut of the track since July, but to now be a step closer to actually laying the asphalt is exciting!

"Alan Wilson has done such an incredible design; the members of Racers Ranch are going to enjoy this course beyond their imagination."
