SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Located in the heart of Central, N.Y.'s Wine Country Trail, the Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards Winery has signed on to be the official victory lane celebratory drink for the Empire Super Sprints Tour 2001. The Hector, N.Y. based winery will donate a case of wine to be distributed to the top three finishers at each ESS A-Main run this season. Top finishers at each event will also be given special T-shirts from Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards.

The awards doesn't stop there as Hazlitt will also give out special presentations at the annual awards banquet to be held in November. Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards Winery, the home of Red Cat Racing, was established in 1985 and owned by fifth and sixth generation Hazlitts. The winery offers a large assortment of wines both red and white. These range from Chardonnay, Riesling, Cabernet, Merlot and other varietals to Schooner, Red, Schooner White, White Stag, Cabin Fever and Red Cat. April 14th will find the first green flag of the 2001 season to be dropped at the Black Rock Speedway, the home track of the Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards. It's the first event of the 35 event, half a million dollar Empire Super Sprint Tour 2001...it's excitement guaranteed!!!
