Team Rahal, a franchise member of Championship Auto Racing Teams ("CART"), and the Gigante Group, announced today a partnership with APH USA, the exclusive distributor of Akai consumer electronics products for North America. The two entities announced a marketing initiative that will utilize driver Michel Jourdain Jr. and place the Akai logo on the Gigante Ford-Cosworth/Lola for the remainder of the 2002 CART FedEx Championship Series season.
