When John Baucom straps into the #86 Bullydog Technologies Jaguar XK-R next weekend, he will be one of the first professional racers in the country to employ a revolutionary Head-and-Neck Restraint System from Isaac, LLC.
The Isaac® head and neck restraint system was designed to minimize head and neck injuries suffered by racing drivers during crashes. Unlike "head restraints," which work by limiting the position of the head, Isaac® uses shock absorbers to offset dangerous head and neck loads caused by the impact.In crash tests at Wayne State University's Bioengineering Center, Isaac® performed better than any product ever tested, reducing head loads almost 90%.
