AQUARIUM ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC, ACQUIRES THE ASSETS OF THE GRAND PRIX ASSOCIATION OF LONG BEACH

INDIANAPOLIS (May 24, 2005) -- AQUARIUM ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC, an affiliate of CHAMP CAR WORLD SERIES, LLC, is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of the assets of The Grand Prix Association of Long Beach. This purchase guarantees the return of Champ Car to the streets of Long Beach.

AQUARIUM ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC, partners and Champ Car World Series co-owners Kevin Kalkhoven and Gerry Forsythe are "thrilled that Champ Car's future will continue in Long Beach." Kalkhoven stressed his gratitude to the principals and board of Dover Motorsports Inc. for the professional way in which they handled this transaction.

The only material condition to Closing under the agreement is a required consent from the City of Long Beach.

Jim Michaelian, President and CEO, Grand Prix Association of Long Beach, expressed his congratulations to the new owners, saying, "My team and I look forward to working with the new owners and Champ Car in the continued growth and success of the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach."
