Jeff Macey Joins Altamont Motorsports Park as General Manager

ATWATER, Calif., February 8, 2007--Riverside Motorsports Park LLC announced today that it has signed Mr. Jeff Macey as the new General Manager of Altamont Motorsports Park (Tracy, Calif.), a wholly owned subsidiary of Riverside Motorsports Park. Macey, an entrepreneur with more than 30 years of professional motorsports management experience, is the co-founder of the WestCar Late Model Stock Car Series, sponsored by the Eldorado Hotel and Casino. He formerly was track operator at Susanville Raceway (Susanville, Calif.) and he is a renowned race car engine builder and chassis builder.

"Altamont Motorsports Park is extremely pleased to have Jeff join our team as we prepare for an exciting 2007 season at AMP," stated John Condren, CEO of both Riverside Motorsports Park and Altamont Motorsports Park. Condren added, "Jeff's vision for Northern California and Central Valley motorsports seems well matched with the vision that I have been developing through the RMP and AMP projects. Macey additionally is the Director of the "Real Heroes Sports Program," which is supported by the Microsoft Corporation. He also coordinates the "Eldorado Hotel & Casino WestCar Pot O' Gold Grassroots Championship," a motorsports promotion and sponsorship program targeting grassroots racers throughout the United States.

Altamont Motorsports Park Receives Sound Variance from Alameda County

ATWATER, Calif., February 8, 2007--Riverside Motorsports Park LLC announces that the Alameda County Environmental Health Department (ACEHD) has approved a noise variance for its wholly owned subsidiary, Altamont Motorsports Park located between Tracy and Livermore, Calif. The noise variance was issued in consideration of the environmental impact report being processed as part of the 43-year old raceway's efforts to re-zone the current site from "A -- Agricultural" to "PD -- Planned Development."

The variance permits noise levels to remain at 95 dBA when measured 100 feet from the perimeter of the raceway's 1/2-mile oval track. This noise level is a standard that has been maintained at the raceway for more than 30 years, and is based on the California State Department of Agriculture, Division of Fairs and Expositions, Noise Contract Policy Guidelines for Oval Track Racing.

John Condren, CEO for Altamont Motorsports Park, stated, "With the noise variance granted, Altamont Motorsports Park is fully prepared to open on schedule for the 2007 motorsports season, starting in March with some exciting drifting events. Our season-opening NASCAR Whelen All-American Series race is set for the first of April. It's going to be a great season!"
