Valerio Scassellati back in F.3000... as Team Manager!

Important news for PSR MOTORSPORT. The team by Valerio Scassellati has announced today the debut in the Euroseries 3000.

PSR has already been present in Formula Renault for several years with excellent results, including a third overall placement in 2005 and has now decided to enter a higher category also thanks to the considerable expertise developed by Valerio Scassellati as a driver. After having showed his driving skills in Formula 3, where he obtained several victories, Scasselati has then continued his career in Formula 3000 taking part in the European Series for two years (2001 and 2002) and then in the FIA F.3000 International Championship.

PSR MOTORSPORT is now planning some winter testing that will be the occasion to evaluate several drivers: between them the official 2008 drivers will then be choosen.

Valerio Scasselati (Team Manager "PSR Motorsport): "I participated in the Formula 3000 as a driver and I want to make my experience, both as driver and team manager, available to talented young drivers. This is the reason why we have choosen Euroseries 3000, a category in which we strongly believe as it has a very good visibility in the media and is also able to create concrete opportunities for talented drivers. "

Enzo Coloni (Euroseries 3000 organizer): "I am very happy with the debut of PSR Motorsport in our Series. After the recent announcment of It Loox Racing entry, this news confirms once again the strong interest of the teams in the Euroseries 3000. I am sure that Valerio Scassellati will make good use of the experience gained in F.3000 as a driver and that the team will therefore be competitive already from the winter testing."
